  • What are your opening hours?

    Our opening hours vary across locations. Please use the store locator to find your nearest Silver Sponge and its opening hours.

  • Do I need to make a booking?

    No, we welcome drive-ins, however we recommend booking to secure your preferred time slot.

  • What is the latest time I can bring my car in?

    We recommend bringing your car in no later than an hour prior to closing time. Closing times vary across locations. Please use our store locator to find your nearest Silver Sponge and its opening hours.

  • How much will it cost?

    It depends on the size of your car and which service(s) you choose. You can find our range of services and their costs here.

  • How long do you need the car for?

    It depends on which services you are receiving. A standard interior and exterior usually takes 1-1.5 hours. A premium wash usually takes 1-2 hours. An express detail service also takes about 1-2 hours. Times may vary according to how busy we are and what time of the day you visit.

  • How do I know when my car is ready?

    One of our team members will advise an approx. on completion we will send you a SMS.

  • What is the difference between a standard interior and exterior versus a premium wash?

    A standard interior and exterior includes an exterior wash, vacuum, interior wipe-over and interior windows. A premium wash includes an interior & exterior plus, a hand wax & polish, an interior clean, door jambs and boot clean, as well as all wheels cleaned and tyres glossed.

  • What do I do about belongings in my car?

    We value the safety of both your car and its belongings, which is why we advise that you take all valuables with you or stow them away. See full T&C’s here.

  • How long are gift vouchers valid for?
