On arrival a Silver Sponge team member will inspect your vehicle — if your car needs more than the standard service (heavy soiling, excess pet hair, tar or bug removal), the difference is payable in store. 10% surcharge applies on Sundays and Western Australian public holidays.

Please note upon arrival a Silver Sponge employee will inspect your vehicle. If your vehicle is heavily soiled, excess dog hair, requires tar or bug removal, you will be advised and charged an additional fee.
Silver Sponge will do its best to accommodate your preferred booking date and time, if this time is unavailable, we will contact you at our earliest convenience to reschedule.
