It’s a wonderful way to stay active and connect with fellow walkers. The group meets every Tuesday and Friday from 8am-9am. Or, if on the hunt for a movie outing, Hoyts Cinema at Karrinyup Shopping Centre is also the perfect place to do this. Seniors who join the HOYTSrewards program as a member aged 60+ can enjoy $9.50 tickets daily for sessions commencing before 5pm. For those movie-time cravings, indulge in a snack-sized popcorn for just $1 Monday-Thursday during the ‘Mornings at the Movies’ sessions.

Belmont Forum also work in association with the Heart Foundation to host a Mall Walking Program at their shopping centre. Running every Wednesday and Friday, walkers meet outside Cotton On at 8am (the best way to enter is via the Bankwest/ANZ entry off Belmont Ave). Start with a warmup exercise, then break off in smaller groups to wander the malls before coming back together to do a cool down!
